Fort Worth, TX— Dawud Mabon has been named as Executive Vice President/Chief Financial Officer, and Matt Sutton has been named as Chief Administrative Officer.
In his new role, Mabon reports directly to the ceo and is a partner to the ceo, providing both strategic and operational oversight to the stewardship of council assets, cash management, internal and external financial reporting, risk management, strategic oversight, improvement of operational performance, and is responsible for the financial health of the Council to support the mission, vision, strategy and goals of Girl Scouts.
Sutton, also reporting directly to the ceo, provides leadership and oversight to the administrative functions of Girl Scouts of Texas Oklahoma Plains, including but not limited to facilities and property management, information technology, information systems, data integrity, research and evaluation, and risk management.

As members of the Executive Leadership Team, Mabon and Sutton provide leadership on council vision, strategies, long and short-term goals, priorities, resource allocation and partners with colleagues on development, updates, and implementation of policies.
